These are used, employee uniform take-off, recycled name patches. Each measures approximately 3 inches across by 1-3/8 inches tall.

They were previously sewn-on to work shirts and thus have small needle holes and remnant loose threads attached. But other than that they are in good shape and perfectly reusable.

This is one of my favorite color schemes out of all of the name patches we sell. The orange on black is very striking and professional looking.
