These are vintage physical fitness award patches from AAPHER - NEA. Each is 3-1/2 inches in diameter (8.9 cm). Choose between 2 variations: "Junior" (pictured on right) or "Junior Merit" (pictured on left).

The patches are in excellent condition for their age and have never been affixed to a garment before.
